Lead Veterinarian for Ambitious Animal Health Venture

We are seeking a highly accomplished Veterinarian to spearhead the delivery of exceptional medical care in our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. Our team is committed to bridging the gap between primary and emergency care, providing a supportive environment where medical autonomy is cherished and business solutions are tailored to our doctor partners’ goals.
A competitive salary, commensurate with experience, in the range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year, is offered, along with generous sign-on and performance bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 100% employer-paid medical premiums, liability coverage, licensing/fees, DEA CE allowance, and employee assistance program, as well as VIN membership. Optional enrollment in dental, vision, life, 401(k), and pet care discounts is also available.
In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost, allowing our Veterinarians to share in the success of our practice. Our DVM Mentor Network provides a valuable resource for ongoing professional development and support.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university and an active veterinary state license. A minimum of 5 years of veterinary experience, with 1+ year of ER experience working after internship, is also required. A compassionate leader with the ability to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture is essential, as is effective communication and a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so.

Requirements:
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university and an active veterinary state license
- 5 Years of Veterinary Experience
- Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire

- Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so
