- Participate in in-service programs, staff training, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
- Must be a Licensed, Masters Level Behavioral Health Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
- Experience working in corrections or juvenile detention settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
