Lead the Experience

As a General Manager at McDonald's, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, guest service, and crew management. You'll lead by example, ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience.

Plan for Success

Proactively lead and manage all people processes, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, and coaching. You'll motivate and develop your team to achieve their full potential.

Be in the Know

Plan and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs. You'll stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive business growth.

Take Action First

Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence. You'll maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees alike.

Inspire and Empower

Maintain a high level of standard for guest and employee safety. You'll create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.

Be Results-Oriented

Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence. You'll drive business results and achieve goals through effective leadership and decision-making.

To be a successful General Manager, you'll need:

  • HSD or GED preferred
  • Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members)
  • 1+ years' experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others OR US Military Service
  • A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
  • Strong customer service and support focus
  • The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • To provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
