Job Summary
Provide exceptional patient experience by greeting patients and guests, utilizing AIDET principles, and offering individualized support throughout their visit. Ensure timely registration and verification processes, handle front desk communications, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • • Greet patients and guests using AIDET principles and provide personalized support
    • Perform all registration functions, including full registration and demographic updates
    • Handle front desk communications, including messages, phone calls, and kiosk interactions
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of recent registration or billing experience in a medical facility preferred

Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in patient registration, scheduling, insurance pre-certifications, authorizations, and referrals
• Epic experience preferred
• Customer service-oriented attitude and behavior
• Pleasant and poised demeanor, excellent phone etiquette

Salary and Benefits
This role offers an estimated annual salary of $45,000-$60,000, depending on location and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
