Specific Duties Include:

3. Tracking departmental operations and communicating vital information to various stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining integrated schedules using Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and process travel arrangements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Extensive administrative support experience at the executive level, with a minimum of 3 years in similar roles.

Preferred Qualifications:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Over 5 years of experience collaborating with executives to establish and manage operational rhythms for leadership teams.
- Experience in data collection, interpretation, and project management for senior leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Familiarity with financial services, investment banking, and capital markets.

Education Requirements:
Typically, candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with at least 7 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Travel Requirements:
Domestic travel may be required for training and meetings.

Work Schedule:
Full-time position, first shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
