Job Description

The Account Management Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rental accounts, ensuring timely payments and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of rental accounts, including payment history and outstanding balances.
  • Communicating with customers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Ensuring timely delivery and collection of rental merchandise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $42,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
