Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Lead and manage Family Treatment Guidance sessions, providing expert guidance and support to our clients and their families.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care, promoting a unified and effective approach to client treatment.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services, adhering to our organization's standards and best practices.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, plus significant monthly bonus opportunities.

- Physical ability to direct and supervise sessions, including the ability to lift and carry clients, and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods.
