Key Responsibilities:
- Embody the core principles and values of Nurtur Aveda Institutes.
- Offer tailored guidance to prospective students regarding admission criteria and program offerings.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on program details and student enrollment procedures.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with students, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain precise records within the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Collaborate with the admissions support team to facilitate effective appointment scheduling.
- Work collaboratively to meet annual enrollment targets alongside the admissions and financial aid teams.
- Stay updated on institutional policies, market trends, and program developments.
- Address inquiries and challenges from prospective students with professionalism and poise.
- Achieve or surpass performance metrics established by the Director of Business Operations.
- Communicate efficiently with departmental leadership and business operations management.
- Execute assigned responsibilities to fulfill business objectives while adhering to Nurtur policies.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in a business or sales capacity is beneficial.
- Self-motivated with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Travel Expectations: Local travel for events and potential out-of-state training may be required.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Office setting with desk work for up to eight hours daily.
- Ability to perform tasks such as walking, sitting, standing, balancing, stooping, speaking, and hearing.
- Read documents on a computer screen and in printed format.
- Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to work in a typical corporate office environment.
