We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Retail Operations to join our team at Good Day Farm. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dispensary, ensuring that our patients receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide a wonderful experience for our patients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge: Advise patients on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to all employees, ensuring that they are well-informed and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state regulations.
  • Reporting: Complete tasks assigned by ownership accurately and efficiently, providing regular updates and reports as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience working as an AGM or GM in a dispensary.
  • Credentials: Ability to pass a background check and receive a facility agent card from the state.
  • Knowledge: Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
  • Skillset: Outstanding organizational skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work well with other team-members.
  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space, with the ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
