Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all deployed systems and infrastructure in accordance with organizational protocols.
Identify client requirements and functionalities throughout the service development process.
Collaborate with various teams to assess, test, and implement design enhancements for improved performance.
Diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
Analyze complex application code and implement necessary modifications to address support challenges. Deliver software independently when necessary.
Facilitate software deployment in both staging and production environments.
Create and maintain monitoring dashboards; report on system health and support status metrics.
Experience with operational models and incident management; prioritize incidents appropriately.
Exhibit urgency in addressing high-priority incidents; comprehend SLAs (acknowledgment and resolution timelines).

Essential Skills:
.NET Framework
Proficient in SQL
PostgreSQL

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related software development discipline.
Experience with the .NET framework for developing and maintaining applications in C# and ASP.NET Web Services, along with various database technologies.
Professional background in SQL and relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
Experience managing PostgreSQL in a production environment.
Familiarity with Angular, component libraries, and associated technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
Understanding of the formal Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
