The Client Relations Coordinator will oversee various tasks related to the application process for all insurance and investment products while playing a vital role in nurturing and enhancing our client relationships.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Prior experience in office management or administrative roles (Required)
  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Experience in the financial services sector (Preferred)
  • Background in processing new business for annuities, life insurance, or investments (Preferred)
  • Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Accurately processing new business applications and submitting them to the appropriate carriers
  • Collecting necessary documentation and client signatures for carrier approval
  • Maintaining and entering client information into our database
  • Managing and executing the new business workflow
  • Completing all required licensing tasks
  • Coordinating the calendar and scheduling meetings for financial advisors
  • Preparing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Assisting with new account paperwork and applications for annuities and life insurance
  • Welcoming clients in person
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Compensation: $20-25/hr
