We are seeking a highly skilled Production Technician to join our team at Shield AI. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly, testing, and configuration of aircraft systems, including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), avionics, and ground control stations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and perform assembly, testing, and configuration of aircraft systems
  • Assist in troubleshooting, component removal/replacement, and testing
  • Trim, paint, and bodywork UAV components
  • Assemble, test, and support engine ground runs and break-ins
  • Modify or repair composite components as needed
  • Coordinate with and assist other team members to ensure on-time delivery of aircraft
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in aircraft production/manufacturing
  • Superior time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong safety work ethic and ability to handle hazardous materials
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS software programs
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach with a focus on perfection
