">About the Captain Role:
">As a Captain at Dave & Buster's, you'll play a critical role in shaping our guests' experiences from the moment they step foot in our door.
">- You'll be responsible for guiding guests through our Midway, retail, game rental, and dining areas, ensuring they have a positive and engaging experience.
- You'll act as an initial point of contact for safety and security concerns, enforcing house policies and maintaining a secure environment throughout the facility.
- With your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, you'll resolve issues promptly and provide timely and accurate information to guests.
What You'll Do:
">- Deliver exceptional guest service by providing timely and accurate information, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Act as an ambassador for the building, assisting guests with requests and answering questions as needed.
- Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure a smooth operation.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Requirements:
">- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to read and communicate in English fluently.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical demands include standing for long periods, moving around the facility, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
