Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Sales: Process sales transactions accurately and consistently meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers.
  • Inventory Management: Comply with inventory control procedures and maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Language: Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Product Knowledge: Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
