Job Title: NICU Nurse

UCHealth is seeking a skilled NICU Nurse to join our team. As a NICU Nurse, you will provide top-notch care to our most vulnerable patients, utilizing the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care in the NICU, utilizing the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Precept new staff members and contribute to the development of our nursing team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
  • At least 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
