We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper Part Time to join our team at Carter Funds LLC. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our multifamily properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of common areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Ensure the office and shop are kept clean and organized at all times.
  • Enforce trash standards on property and put out trash notices as needed.
  • Perform weekly irrigation checks and oversee trash compactor operations.
  • Be available for on-call schedule to run the trash compactor, check the pool, and complete chemical readings over weekends.
  • Keep community areas, parking lots, and breezeways free of garbage, clutter, and debris.
  • Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, removing trash, and cleaning windows.
  • Follow assigned schedules and ensure all gated entrances and security service equipment are operable.
  • Keep records of scheduled maintenance on equipment and monitor inventory of tools and equipment.
  • Suggest changes to working conditions and equipment use to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of groundskeeping experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
