Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Grounds/Utility professional to join our team at MLP Management LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and maintenance of our community, including daily trash detail, upkeep of grounds, amenities, building interiors, exteriors, and other community areas.


  • Maintain the community's appearance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in the timely completion of rent readies, including painting.
  • Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the upkeep of pool maintenance, including checking and maintaining pool chemical levels and cleaning the pool.
  • Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules.

Requirements:


  • 1 year of experience in grounds, general maintenance, or grounds/housekeeping.
  • 1 year of experience in multi-family settings.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is preferred.
