Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care and services to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Assess patient needs and develop plans of care to meet those needs
  • Direct and supervise licensed staff and CNAs to ensure effective patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate patient care to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Requirements
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
  • Current licensure/registration in applicable State
  • Two (2) years' nursing experience, with geriatric nursing experience preferred
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours. The RN Supervisor must also be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
