Job Description
">As a Maintenance Manager at Aerotek, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and efficiently.

You will lead and manage a team of 6-8 mechanics, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective preventive maintenance practices, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They should also have a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as experience with troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
