About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising and Stocking Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and our members have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Stocking: Receive and stock merchandise, including unloading trucks and placing products on shelves in a neat and organized manner.
  • Member Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting members with purchasing decisions, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including identifying and reporting shrinkage and damages.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including sweeping and cleaning the sales floor, and reporting any safety hazards or concerns.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, associates, and vendors.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve store goals and objectives.
