Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers as they arrive, answer questions, and provide assistance with their needs.
  • Front of House Operations: Maintain a clean and organized front of house area, including the entrance, windows, and non-skid mats.
  • Communication: Inform wait staff of parties being seated, provide families with children with coloring sheets and crayons, and make wait staff aware of any special needs customers may require.
  • Support Services: Aid wait staff in making desserts and milkshakes, stock the dessert and to-go area, and ensure that all to-go orders are complete and ready to go at the time promised.
  • Cash Handling: Ensure that all cash run up in retail is accounted for.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Working with Guests: A passion for working with guests as well as other staff.
  • Personal Hygiene: A high level of personal hygiene.
  • Pressure Management: Able to work under pressure.
  • Communication Skills: Able to answer multi-line phone and possess basic computer skills.
