About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Brand Protection Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Enforcement team, you will play a critical role in assisting with the takedown of fraudulent websites, Social Media profiles or posts, and infringing listings on e-commerce sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary point of contact for clients, serving as a lead analyst
  • Analyze website and e-commerce listing content to identify infringing content
  • Conduct online research to assess methodology for removing infringing content
  • Communicate with e-commerce sites and hosting providers to facilitate takedown instructions
  • Collaborate with customers to address specific cases, outcomes, and product knowledge
  • Review enforcement reports and results with clients, identifying trends and providing context
  • Suggest strategic changes to optimize enforcement efforts
  • Schedule regular customer calls and track action items
  • Handle program requirements and questions, escalating issues as necessary
Requirements
  • Business-level fluency in Japanese or Mandarin is required
  • Business-level fluency in French, Italian, German, or Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to write documents in commercial English
  • Good knowledge of IT and Internet Technology, including basic understanding of underlying technologies
  • Knowledge of branding/trademark issues is beneficial
  • Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript highly desirable
  • Experience in technical and/or data analysis roles, with scientific or technical background beneficial
  • Experience in giving training/presentations also desirable
  • Strong customer focus, team working, problem-solving, and analytical ability
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with attention to detail
  • Excellent time- and deadline-management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and be adaptable to client and organizational change
