Overview

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in North Shore, TX. Our physical therapy center is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and creating a supportive work environment for our staff.

We take pride in helping our patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. As a Physical Therapist with Select Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly trained and respected team that provides preventative and rehabilitative services to the community.

Schedule

We offer a variety of scheduling options, including full-time Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts or part-time PRN positions. Our flexible scheduling allows you to balance your work and personal life.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary, up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and a monthly untaxed student loan repayment plan. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including multiple health plans, dental/vision/prescription/disability/supplemental life insurance, and a 401(k) matching program.

Clinical Support

We are committed to providing our Physical Therapists with the resources and support they need to succeed. Our center offers a dedicated mentorship program, speakers and journal clubs, and paid national certifications. We also provide opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Select Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and directing treatment for patients who require physical therapy. You will also be expected to maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, and third-party payors.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy and hold a valid state physical therapy license. You must also have CPR certification.
