Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Welcome and attend to the needs of our guests, providing personalized service and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Spa Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Spa, including the locker room, wet facilities, and lounges.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition supplies and spa collateral, and conduct inventory of products and supplies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests and staff, providing clear and concise information about spa protocols and procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Spa.
Requirements
  • Education: High School education or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time, and exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
