We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tennis Instructor to join our team at Tuscaloosa County Park and Recreation Authority. As a key member of our tennis staff, you will be responsible for leading and assisting tennis professionals with various programs and activities.

• Assist the Director of Tennis and Head Tennis Professional with the development and implementation of tennis programs and activities.
• Lead or assist with tennis clinics, lessons, drills, events, and workshops.
• Provide instruction and guidance to tennis professionals and participants of all skill levels.
• Develop and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of tennis programs and services.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a tennis instructor or coach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical ability to move around the tennis courts and facilities.
