Tennis Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tennis Instructor to join our team at Tuscaloosa County Park and Recreation Authority.

The successful candidate will assist our Director of Tennis, Head Tennis Professional, and other tennis instructors in delivering high-quality tennis programs and services to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with leading and participating in tennis clinics, lessons, drills, events, and workshops.
• Provide guidance and support to junior and adult tennis players.
• Develop and implement tennis programs and services that meet the needs of our community.
• Collaborate with other tennis professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective tennis program.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a tennis instructor or coach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
