Job Title: Dental Implant Lead Generator/Appointment Setter

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Generator/Appointment Setter to join our team at Texas Dental Implant Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new leads and setting appointments for our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field inbound calls and make outbound calls to warm leads to set appointments for our dental practice.
  • Utilize CRM software to organize, track prospecting activity, and call-backs.
  • Work closely with Scheduling Management Software to schedule appointments.
Requirements:
  • Excellent phone etiquette and a professional phone voice.
  • Empathetic listening skills with some dental knowledge.
  • Good listener, able to understand and empathize with patients' needs.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, helping patients take the next step in their care journey.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using technology, including Gmail/GSuite and CRM software.
  • Location: Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $18-20 per hour (plus Commission).
