Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage work orders, utilizing the most appropriate CTI to capture structured data and provide audit trails and statistical analysis.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and document current processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide support to answer incoming calls during high call volume times, adhering to established procedures and performance standards.
  • Make recommendations for process changes, provide documentation and testing, and train the team on new processes.
  • Provide knowledgeable support for all payroll applications, including SAP, MyCPM, MySTAFF, and MyRequests, and make recommendations for future improvements and enhancements.
  • Process and respond to emails according to standard procedures.
  • Process off-cycle checks according to standard procedures.
  • Complete necessary corrections listed on internal data audits.
  • Provide customer service leadership on projects involving multiple teams within the department.
Requirements:
  • Previous work order experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong reading and writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years of customer service call center experience.
  • Compass Payroll Ops Customer Service Payroll Specialist II or similar experience.
  • SAP experience.
