Job Summary

The primary purpose of this job position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan, as directed by supervisors.

Job Responsibilities

As a Nursing Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing basic care to residents and assisting them in daily activities.
  • Recording all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner.
  • Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid CT C.N.A certification.
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Salary: $28-$32 per hour (FT), $22-$26 per hour (PT)
