Douglas Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a family-owned skilled nursing facility in Windham, Connecticut. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide routine daily nursing care and services to our residents.
Job SummaryThe primary purpose of this job position is to deliver high-quality nursing care to each assigned resident, as outlined in their individualized care plan.
We offer a competitive salary of $67,000 per year for full-time positions, with shift differentials and opportunities for overtime pay.
Responsibilities- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Chart residents' progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Participate in resident assessments and develop personalized care plans
In addition to your nursing responsibilities, you will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
