Responsibilities
  • Lead Technical Efforts: Plan, design, and oversee the development and testing of innovative software solutions that meet customer requirements and design constraints.
  • Develop High-Quality Code: Implement robust, scalable software aligned with customer needs and technical standards.
  • Innovate and Inspire: Use technical creativity to enhance processes, improve code quality, and deliver customer satisfaction through innovative solutions.
  • Foster Collaboration: Work closely with project management to optimize workflows, improve productivity, and manage technical risks in a collaborative environment.
  • Build Expertise: Continuously learn and become a recognized expert in key domains, sharing knowledge to elevate the team's skills and capabilities.
Requirements
  • A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 7 years of professional software development experience with C# or C++.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency with the Unity game engine.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams in a collaborative environment.
