Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLPA, you will play a crucial role in helping students develop their communication and language skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with experienced speech-language pathologists to implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to support students' communication and language development.
  • Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions to students, utilizing a variety of techniques and strategies to promote effective communication and language skills.
  • Monitor and track student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
  • Minnesota SLPA licensure or eligibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Passion for working with students and helping them succeed, with a commitment to providing high-quality services and support.
