The Center for Children with Special Needs is an interdisciplinary mental health practice dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment and consultative services to support individuals with autism and related neurodevelopmental disabilities. Our team of psychologists, behavior analysts, and occupational/ speech-language pathologists has been working together since 1994 to bring high-quality care to individuals, families, and communities.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our team in Glastonbury, CT. This full-time position (40 hours/week) involves working across CCSN hours of operation. As a member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
Responsibilities- Providing behavior analytic treatment and supervision to children and adolescents with ASD and related neurodevelopmental disorders in a clinic-based setting
- Supervising a team of behavior technicians
- Facilitating family support and training
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Experience in delivering, designing, and implementing evidence-based treatment to individuals with ASD
- Experience leading evidence-based social skills groups
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
