Position Title: Postdoctoral Research Associate - Psychology

Overview:
This is a full-time research opportunity with a commitment of two years, with potential for extension based on performance and funding availability. The ideal candidate will actively pursue independent funding avenues, such as NIH grants, to enhance their career trajectory. Mentorship in grant writing will be available to support your professional development.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research in designated areas of study.
2. Prepare and publish research findings and technical documents.
3. Assess the applicability of various scientific principles and theories.
4. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of cutting-edge principles and theories.
5. Develop sophisticated analytical models and systems to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
6. Comply with university policies and safeguard institutional assets.

Department-Specific Duties:
- Engage in research and analysis, including the publication of research manuscripts.
- Develop and write grant proposals and Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications.
- Oversee project management and clinical activities, including supervision of project staff.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings and assist in the preparation of reports for funding agencies.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to ensure project success.

Qualifications:
Education:
Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.

Experience:
No prior experience is necessary.
