The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to learn procedures and adapt to changes. Additionally, they should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about renewable energy and customer service, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with jurisdictions, utility companies, and Homeowner's Associations to ensure compliance with requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and complete the permitting process, including signing documents and preparing them for customer signature;

  • Process all documents in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Liaise with utility companies and jurisdictions to understand their specific policies and procedures;
  • Keep track of submission statuses and follow up as needed to ensure timely processing of submittals;
  • Maintain comprehensive databases of submittal requirements and necessary correspondence;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for project submittals;

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with computers, Mac OS, and Google Suite;
  • Previous experience in customer service, with a demonstrated ability to speak professionally to customers and anyone within the community;
  • Strong ability to learn procedures and adapt to changes internally and externally;
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to make informed decisions;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies preferred;

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
