- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to residents by responding to their maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations, including MSDA Sheets, to maintain a safe working environment.
- Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask and meet goals, and experience using equipment and supplies used in the maintenance field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
