Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Training Manager to join our team at General Dynamics. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing training programs, operations, and logistics for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for military personnel and civilians
• Manage and coordinate logistics and operations for training events and exercises
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Analyze and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in training and operations management
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field
• Certification in training and development
• Experience with Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP)

Work Environment:

This position will be based in one of our locations, including Fort Leavenworth, KS, and will require occasional travel to other locations.
