Your contributions will include assisting in the update of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Industrial Water Treatment Facility (IWTF), ensuring they reflect the latest technologies and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain insight into industrial water treatment processes, equipment, sample collection, analysis, and control software.
  • Aid in enhancing an integrated solid waste management system.

What Will You Do?

  • Assess current operating practices and existing SOPs.
  • Revise and develop precise and comprehensive SOPs based on operational insights, operator shadowing, and research.
  • Ensure that procedures comply with industry best practices, operational manuals, chemical product usage guidelines, and recommendations from consultants.

Desired Skills:

  • Attention to detail and proficiency in technical writing.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with the capability to research, review, and analyze information effectively.

Requirements:

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an educational institution or on a leave of absence.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Availability to work 20 hours per week for an estimated duration of 4-6 months, or until the completion of the training program, with flexibility based on intern availability.
  • Willingness to work on-site at the IWTF facility.
