Join Our Team: We are currently seeking a committed individual to take on the role of Lead Respiratory Therapy Supervisor. This position is integral to our mission of fostering the healthiest children in the nation. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor the Respiratory Therapy staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Manage departmental operations to optimize efficiency and resource availability.
- Contribute actively to the leadership team, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and standards.
- Utilize scientific knowledge and clinical expertise to address practical challenges in patient care.
- Serve as a liaison among physicians and healthcare team members.
- Supervise the FV Transport services program within the designated region.
Qualifications:
- Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in Wisconsin, with a registered Respiratory Therapist credential.
- Current CPR certification (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within six months of hire.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required within six months for those with neonatal ICU responsibilities.
- Neonatal Pediatric Respiratory Care Specialist certification required within one year of hire.
Education and Experience:
- Completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience in adult and/or pediatric respiratory care, including specialized procedures.
- Prior experience in a leadership role or as part of a collaborative team is advantageous.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is highly preferred.

- Annual Physical Capacity Exam completion is required to meet organizational standards.
