Job Description

This position involves working directly with individuals who require support in their daily lives. You will be responsible for promoting choice, providing appropriate support, and coordinating activities to foster individual well-being, growth, and development.

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $70,000 per year (based on location and experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individual service plans (ISPs) in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and guardians.
  • Coordinate transportation and ensure safe and efficient movement of individuals.
  • Administer medications in accordance with DDS regulations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic life support certification
