We are looking for a skilled Production Cost Analyst to join our team at Alloy Fasteners, Inc.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer support experience and strong ability to take in technical information and translate it into costing.
A machine tool background is preferred, with the ability to read basic prints, use Excel proficiency, and learn industry specs and research standards.
This role involves identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, and offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with our customer service policies and guidelines.
Apart from the salary, which is commensurate with experience, we offer great benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation days, sick days, and a 401K plan.
