- Store Operations: Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee all store operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and enthusiastic store crew, fostering a motivated and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Take charge of inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands.
- Financial Management: Manage key financial aspects, including cash handling, sales reporting, and budgeting, to ensure the store's financial success.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and welcoming shopping environment for all customers.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring a clean and well-maintained facility that meets company standards.

Requirements
- 18 years of age or older (varies by state)
