Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans, incorporating early learning standards and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor teaching team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with parents, ensuring they are informed and engaged in their child's educational journey.
  • Ensure compliance with all center policies, state regulations, and safety standards.
  • Supervise teacher assistants and volunteers, promoting a positive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Maintain accurate records, forms, and files, ensuring seamless administrative processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional child care experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with basic computer proficiency.

  • Strong understanding of child development, with a focus on early childhood education.
  • Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification, with a clear background check and health screening.
  • Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education or related field of study.
