Job Summary:

As an Anticoagulation Clinician with LifePoint Health, you will play a vital role in the coordination of services for our rural anticoagulation clinics. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal and external resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess new patients for acceptance into the clinic

Educate patients on all aspects of anticoagulation

Document patient data and progress notes into the medical record

Assist with billing and patient accounting

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Michigan

Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification
