We are seeking a skilled Anticoagulation Specialist to join our team at UP Health System - Marquette. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating all services for our rural anticoagulation clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal and external resources to plan, set up, and coordinate patient activities.
  • Assess new patients for acceptance into clinic.
  • Educate patients on all appropriate aspects of anticoagulation.
  • Document INR, progress notes, and other relevant data into the patient medical record.
  • Assist patient accounting in billing for services.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in State of Michigan
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
