We're seeking an exceptional Chief Talent Officer to join our diverse team of problem solvers. This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and oversees a passionate and accomplished team of experts across Talent Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Compensation and Benefits.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of total reward programs, develop competitive compensation structures with comprehensive benefits packages, and market analysis and benchmarking to stay ahead of talent trends. Key responsibilities include performance management, incentive alignment, employee engagement, leadership development, executive leadership, and organizational assessment.

Responsibilities- Design and implement total reward programs to attract and retain top talent
- Develop and execute competitive compensation structures with comprehensive benefits packages
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform talent strategies
- Lead performance management and incentive alignment initiatives
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and diversity and inclusion efforts
- Provide executive leadership to a team of specialists
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to create talent mechanisms aligned with Blue's overall approach to talent management
- Owning organizational assessment, vision creation, and organizational design improvements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Design, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Design, or similar field
- Proven track record in talent management, organizational design, and people leadership
- Demonstrated ability to build from scratch and improve/revamp talent management programs
- Industry experience with both exempt and nonexempt workforces
- Successful introduction of technical solutions supporting talent management strategies
- Deep expertise in HR processes, especially performance management and culture change
- Strong analytical capabilities, process improvement mentality, and ability to influence others with data-driven recommendations
- Executive presence in communicating risk and solution insights across all levels
- PMP or SHRM certifications
- Advanced degree in Org Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR Management, or Management
- Diverse industry experience (manufacturing, technical, services, etc.)
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program.
Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays. Discretionary bonus: Bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
