About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our People Operations and Office & Events teams. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic people operations initiatives aligned with our company goals
- Collaborate with specialist teams to build and implement top-tier, scalable programs and policies to attract, retain, and grow outstanding talent
- Foster an inclusive and innovative work environment through the development and execution of engaging employee programs
- Drive recruitment and retention strategies to attract top AI talent and ensure they thrive in our unique culture

Requirements:

- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate a story with data
