Catering Server Role Overview:

At Corinth 297 LLC, we're seeking a skilled Catering Server to join our team. As a Catering Server, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our guests' experiences outside of our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our guests at their place of business or residence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding experiences for our guests, fostering a desire for them to share their positive encounters with others
  • Understand and adhere to our catering order preparation systems and processes
  • Develop a basic knowledge of our menu to effectively address guests' questions
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all catering and kitchen supplies used daily

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for interacting with people and building relationships
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • The ability to offer empathy and understanding to customers and team members, even in challenging situations
  • Previous catering experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Valid personal car insurance
  • Availability to work AM shifts
