Golf Course Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Golf Course Ambassador to provide exceptional guest experiences at our prestigious golf course. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring seamless service, and exceeding customer expectations.

• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks with a smile.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences, making recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Plan and present our bar menu, showcasing our signature drinks and culinary delights.
• Verify customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish restaurant inventory and supplies to maintain a high level of service.
• Stay focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and nurturing a positive atmosphere.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

• Proven working experience as a server or similar role.
• Computer literacy and ability to navigate our systems.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus, but not required.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area, stocked with necessary supplies.
• Relevant training certificate or equivalent experience.

About Country Club At Woodmoore:

Our golf course has a rich history, dating back to 1923. Designed by Donald Ross, our original course was a par 72, 6,775-yard layout. In 1981, we relocated to our current site, where Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay designed a new course, a par 72, 7,059-yard layout. We acquired by Concert Golf Partners in 2014 and offer an unmatched golf experience for residents in Maryland and Northern Virginia.
