Position Overview
Faithful Home Care Solutions LLC is actively looking for a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with at least 2 years of relevant experience to become a vital part of our compassionate caregiving team. The successful candidate will be empathetic, meticulous, and dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient assistance, including personal hygiene, grooming, and support with daily living activities.
- Assist with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
- Work closely with the Caregiver Supervisor to ensure integrated and thorough patient care.
- Help maintain a tidy and organized living environment for the client.
- Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and the agency.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Carry out additional tasks as required by the client.
- Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
- A valid driver's license, dependable personal transportation, and active auto insurance are necessary.
- Physical and PPD assessments are mandatory.
- Background checks will be conducted.
- COVID Vaccination documentation is required.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a caregiving team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Experience with a Hoyer lift is required.
- Day Shift: Monday - Friday | 10 am - 3 pm
- Night Shift: Thursday 9 pm - 2 am | Friday 9 pm - 2 am | Saturday 9 am - 2 pm / 9 pm - 2 am
- Hourly rate to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
